What we collect

When you sign in with Google, we receive and store your email address and display name. When you sign in with X (Twitter), we do not receive your email address — we store only your X account ID and display name. We do not store passwords or payment card numbers. If you subscribe, Stripe processes your payment and we store only a reference to your Stripe customer and subscription IDs.

Analytics and usage data

We use PostHog to collect anonymised usage analytics — page views, feature interactions, and subscription events. When you use the AI match analysis, the content of your queries and the AI responses are logged in PostHog for quality and cost monitoring. Analytics are only active if you accept cookies. You can withdraw consent at any time by clicking “Decline” in the cookie banner.

Why we collect it

• To identify your account and provide access to the service.
• To manage your subscription status and trial period.
• To contact you about your account if necessary.
• To understand how the service is used and improve it.
• To monitor AI model quality and cost.

How long we keep it

Your account data is retained for as long as your account is active. If you request deletion, we will remove your personal data within 30 days.

We use the following third-party services that may process your data:

• Google OAuth — for sign-in. Governed by Google's Privacy Policy.
• PostHog — for product analytics and AI monitoring. Governed by PostHog's Privacy Policy.
• X (Twitter) OAuth — for sign-in. Governed by X's Privacy Policy.
• Stripe — for payment processing. Governed by Stripe's Privacy Policy.

Requesting deletion

To request deletion of your account and personal data, send an email to [email protected] with the subject line "Delete my account". Include the email address or X username associated with your account. We will process your request within 30 days.
